Warranty

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, please return it with no questions asked. within 30 days.

 These are disposable products, particularly the atomisers. In our experience they have a life of about one to three months of normal use (roughly 20 tobacco cigarettes per day).   The batteries will last up to five years depending on use.

If the battery fails to charge please check your charger. Does it charge other batteries ok? Have you tried cleaning the connection points of both the charger and the battery? Have you used an airspray to blow any residue out of the battery? With time, liquid can collect in the battery and clog the connection points and the airhole.

If the atomiser stops working, have you tried cleaning it? Check the Miscellaneous page. We have a few tips on how to clean it.

Our warranty is based upon our experience and the manufacturer's recommendations as to the useful life of our products.

We operate on a case by case basis but as an absolute minimum; If your personal inhaler stops working within our warranty period (2 months for atomisers / 1 year  for batteries), send it back to us and we'll cover the replacement.
